3DSelfiy ("we", "us", "our") is a custom 3D miniature studio based in Chennai, India. We ship worldwide and are committed to handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect when you place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can request its deletion.

No account or password is required. Orders are placed through a form and tracked using your Order ID combined with the last four digits of your registered phone number.

• Order fulfilment: 3D modelling, printing, quality checking, packaging, and shipping.
• WhatsApp and phone communication: our team will contact you on the number you provided to share design previews for approval, confirm your final quote, and provide delivery updates. You agree to this contact by placing an order.
• Payment processing: generating a secure Zoho Payments link for your full order amount and confirming receipt of payment before production begins.
• Order tracking: allowing you to check your order status at any time via our Track Order page using your Order ID.
• Quality assurance: reviewing reference photos to ensure accuracy before production.
• Customer support: responding to enquiries sent via our Contact page, WhatsApp, or email.

We do not use your data for targeted advertising, sell it to third parties, or send unsolicited marketing messages.

4. WhatsApp & Phone Communication

Because 3D miniatures are bespoke items requiring design approval, we primarily communicate via WhatsApp. By providing your phone number and placing an order, you explicitly consent to receive order-related messages and calls on that number. These communications include:

• Design preview images for your approval before printing begins.
• Final pricing confirmation and balance payment request.
• Dispatch notification and tracking information.
• Delivery confirmation and post-delivery quality check-in.

We will never contact you for sales, promotions, or any purpose unrelated to your active order without your separate consent.

5. Reference Photos & Artistic Assets

The photos you upload are used exclusively to create your miniature. They are stored in our secure, access-controlled database and are never shared publicly, posted on social media, or used for any purpose beyond fulfilling your specific order unless you give us explicit written permission (e.g., for a portfolio testimonial).

We retain photos and the corresponding 3D digital model for up to 90 days after order completion to handle any post-delivery concerns. After that period, assets are deleted from our production systems. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support@3dselfiy.com.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share your data only with the following trusted service providers, and only to the extent necessary:

7. Data Retention

• Order records (name, address, order details, status) are retained for 3 years for legal and accounting purposes.
• Reference photos and 3D model files are deleted 90 days after order completion, or earlier on request.
• Payment records are retained by Zoho Payments per their legal obligations. We store only the payment link ID, transaction reference, and amounts on our side.
• Support messages are retained for 1 year.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information (contact us before production begins for order changes).
• Delete your reference photos and personal data after order completion.
• Object to processing or restrict use of your data.
• Data portability: you can request a copy of your order data in a readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@3dselfiy.com with your Order ID. We will respond within 7 business days.

9. Security Measures

We protect your data with SSL/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage (Supabase with row-level security), access-controlled admin systems, and regular security reviews. Only authorised studio staff can access your reference photos, and only for the purpose of creating your order.
