Returns & Refund Policy
Every miniature we make is built from your photos, sculpted, painted, and finished to match you specifically. Unlike a mass-produced product, it can't be restocked or resold once it leaves our studio. That's precisely what makes it meaningful, and it's why our return policy works a little differently.

Free Digital Preview
Before a single gram of resin is poured, we send you a full digital 3D render of your miniature for approval. You see it first, always.
Free Revisions
Not happy with the preview? We revise it free of charge until you give us the green light. Production never starts without your approval.
Defect Coverage
If your miniature arrives with a manufacturing defect (a broken part, a print layer issue, or significant colour deviation from the approved preview) we reprint or refund it, no questions asked.
