1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an order through the 3DSelfiy website (3dselfiy.com), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all orders for custom 3D miniatures placed with 3DSelfiy, a business based in Chennai, India, operating worldwide.

No account or password is required to place or track an order. Ordering is done via our order form, and your order can be tracked at any time at 3dselfiy.com/customer/track-order.html using your Order ID and the last four digits of your registered phone number.

2. The Ordering Process

Placing an order with 3DSelfiy follows these steps:

1. Submit your order form. Provide your name, phone number, shipping address, reference photos, category (e.g. Single, Couple, Family / Group, Pet / Animal), size, and any special instructions.
2. Complete secure online payment. A payment link is generated for your full order amount. Payment is processed securely by Zoho Payments. Your production slot is confirmed only after successful payment.
3. Design review and approval. Our team will create a 3D design preview and share it with you via WhatsApp for your approval before any printing begins.
4. Production and dispatch. After you approve the design, your miniature is printed, painted, and shipped. Estimated delivery: 14–21 business days from production start.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to respond to design-approval messages within a reasonable time. Delays caused by slow approval may extend your delivery timeline.

4. Custom Product Nature

Every 3DSelfiy miniature is a hand-crafted, made-to-order product. By placing an order you acknowledge the following:

• 3D miniatures are artistic representations of your reference photos. Minor stylistic variations from the photograph are inherent to the sculpting and printing process.
• Colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to differences in monitor calibration and the pigments used in physical printing/painting.
• You confirm that you own the rights to, or have permission to use, all photos you submit.
• The quality of the finished miniature depends significantly on the clarity and resolution of the reference photos provided. We will advise you before production if submitted photos are unsuitable.
• Because each item is uniquely made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us directly if you have any concern with your order after delivery.

6. Delivery & Shipping

• Standard production and delivery time is 14–21 business days from the date balance payment is confirmed.
• All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp once dispatched.
• International shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays, duties, or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the buyer's responsibility.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control once the parcel has been dispatched.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all reference photos you submit. By placing an order, you grant 3DSelfiy a limited, non-exclusive licence to use those photos solely to create your miniature.

3DSelfiy retains ownership of the 3D digital models and design files created during manufacturing. We will not use your likeness or design for any commercial purpose (for example, portfolio display) without your explicit written consent.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
